




At **Coreptec Perú**, a leading company in technological solutions, we are seeking a **Portfolio Assistant – Collections** to join our finance team. We are looking for a person with career-line skills, who is also organized, analytical, and proactive, ensuring efficient control and monitoring of our customer portfolio. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring of **outstanding invoices and collections** with customers. * Recording of payments and **application of credit notes**. * Support in **credit analysis** and **credit approval**. * Management of **customer portals** and preparation of billing reports. * **Collection and deposit of checks**. * Delivery and receipt of documentation from customers (**promissory notes, bills of exchange, returned checks**, among others). **Requirements** * Degree in **Accounting**, **Business Administration**, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in portfolio, credit, or collections areas. * Advanced **Excel** skills and basic accounting knowledge (debits and credits, reconciliations, payment recording). * **Course or specialization** in accounting or finance. * Experience managing **customer portals and electronic invoicing**. * Knowledge of **collections and negotiation techniques**. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. **Soft Skills** A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual with assertive communication, sound judgment for decision-making, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage the customer portfolio consciously and efficiently.
