Excellent customer service and negotiation skills At Porcelatino SAC, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (Retail Channel) to work at our industrial plant located in Chilca (Cañete). We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of porcelain tiles and ceramic wall/floor coverings nationwide and internationally. Job Objective: To manage the full sales cycle—from order receipt to product delivery—including invoicing and payment follow-up. Requirements \- Completed technical and/or university studies in administration, accounting, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, billing, dispatch, or related areas. \- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems. \- Willingness to work in Chilca (Cañete) (mandatory) What We Offer? \- Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break; 1 hour of overtime included daily in schedule), Saturday: 7:00–10:00 AM (possible overtime based on operational needs and prior coordination) \- Compensation: On-payroll (PEN 1,300) + Transportation allowance (PEN 500) + Overtime (approx.
