REQUIREMENTS: Graduates of technical programs in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields. 6 months of experience in similar positions at gas stations (mandatory). Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. Work location: Panam Sur Km 63\.5 Esq Sto Km. \- Estacion 715 (grifo) Willingness to work Monday through Saturday. Immediate availability RESPONSIBILITIES Record and submit daily sales (credit and cash) to the administrative staff responsible for consolidating all sales. Classify and review documents generated by the system (credit vouchers, invoices, receipts, and delivery notes) and manually issued documents to be entered into the system. Archive documents (credit vouchers, delivery notes, invoices). Record fuel inventory to monitor surpluses and shortages. Enter into the system invoices for receipt of store merchandise, lubricants, and promotions. Also prepare the daily report and send it to the Administrative Department. Support the department in operational and administrative tasks.
