Job Summary: MEGAPACK TRADING SAC seeks a Workshop Head to lead unit inspections, coordinate work, manage maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead unit inspection and maintenance. 2. Coordinate and manage workshop tasks. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. MEGAPACK TRADING SAC **– is seeking qualified personnel to fill the position of:** **Workshop Head – Chilca\-Cañete Branch \- (On-site, Full-time)** **Preferably graduates from SENATI and/or TECSUP** **Resident of Chilca\-Cañete or nearby areas** **Available for travel to provinces** **Submit documented CV** **Responsibilities** * Unit inspection. * Verification of equipment (first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, spare tire, and/or others). * Coordination of tasks to be performed. * Reporting preventive vs. scheduled maintenance. * Verification and requisition of supplies required for unit maintenance. * Weekly RQ list in Excel. * Executed and valued corrective maintenance. * Fuel consumption performance report. * Tire inspection report. * Perform corrective work (Overhaul) on all units, including painting, etc. * Comply with internal company policies specified in the Internal Work Regulations. * Comply with MEGAPACK TRADING’s SSTMA standards. * Use basic safety equipment and any additional equipment required according to the type of work. * Safeguard one’s own integrity, that of third parties, and of work tools, reporting risk situations immediately to the direct supervisor. * Maintain confidentiality regarding information handled within the department. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or SENATI Mechanical Technician diploma, or related fields. Minimum experience: 03 years as Workshop Head and/or Workshop Supervisor in Mining/Gas/Oil/Services sectors. Proven experience in Light and Heavy Fleet Mechanics. Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics and fault diagnosis. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and safety and environmental regulations. Training in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Desirable: Class AIIB driver’s license.
