At **TURISMO JK**, we are looking for a **ROUTE INSPECTOR** for our **CHILCA TOLL PLAZA** location. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete studies. * Extroverted person with high energy and strong communication skills with the public. * No experience required. * Must reside in **CHILCA** or nearby areas. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work 8 hours daily on rotating shifts **(morning, afternoon, and night).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise buses on route, cleanliness, and staff appearance. * Report unrecorded sales by drivers. * Channel passenger complaints to Customer Service. * Report incidents to the Control Tower and assist with passenger transfers. * Assist with ticket collection along routes and at sales points. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary of S/ 1400 (base salary of S/ 1130 (SME payroll) \+ fixed bonus of S/270\). * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, paid vacations, health insurance, SCTR, etc.). * Biweekly payments. * Opportunity for growth.
