Requirements: Graduate in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration Courses or specialization in Quality Management (ISO 9001\) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001\) Active participation in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 and 14001 Integrated Management System Internal Auditor Training Course Intermediate Excel Certification Residence in areas adjacent to Punta Hermosa, Lurin Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions Responsibilities: Actively participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. Maintain control over Integrated Management System documentation. Support the investigation and root cause analysis of nonconformities. Support the follow-up of corrective actions, observations, and opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation of procedures, forms, and standards across processes. Support the execution of the IMS training program and awareness sessions. Support the onboarding of new personnel regarding IMS standards and policies. Participate in internal, external, and certification audits. Report inspection results, audit findings, and other deviations from IMS standards to immediate supervisor and issue corresponding reports. Support the investigation and analysis of the significance of customer complaints. Prepare presentations, reports, and documents assigned by the immediate supervisor. Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. Comply with and ensure compliance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental standards; social responsibility; BASC Supply Chain Security Management System (SGCS BASC) for prevention of illicit acts; and other standards established by the company. Report suspicious activities occurring across various processes to the immediate supervisor / BASC Committee. Other duties related to the position and/or delegated by the immediate supervisor.
