Responsibilities: Identify interested prospects, showcase available plots, follow up with leads, present offers. Create advertisements using Canva, appear on TikTok, post ads on social media. Salary: Base salary S/1,130 + bonus of S/500 or more per lot sold (based on profitability). Each lot costs S/30,000 or more. In summary: If you sell one lot per month, your minimum income would be S/1,130 + S/500 = S/1,630. If you sell two lots per month, your minimum salary would be S/1,130 + S/1,000 = S/2,130.
