A BIM Modeler is required. **Requirements:** * BIM Specialist, Structural Engineering. * Minimum 02 years of experience as a BIM-MEP Modeler in building projects (preferably airports and state infrastructure). * Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revizto, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. * Availability to work in Lince. **Responsibilities:** * Development and management of BIM models across all project phases. * Coordination with specialists from various disciplines (Architecture, Structures). * Integration of discipline-specific drawings to prevent clashes and observations. * Exporting and managing models for clash resolution. * Generation of quantity take-offs, documentation, and technical files. * Reviewing and updating drawings according to project information and progress. * Coordination and supervision of structural engineering projects. * Application of construction system criteria, current regulations, functionality, and internal comfort and habitability conditions during project development.
