




Job Summary: Support the recording, control, and analysis of accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with tax and financial obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recording and controlling accounting transactions. 2. Management and updating of the SISCONT accounting system. 3. Assistance in preparing monthly tax returns and monthly accounting closings. **Position Profile: Accounting Assistant** **Position Objective** Support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with tax and financial obligations in accordance with current Peruvian regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording of purchases, sales, accruals, and journal entries into the system. * Management and updating of the SISCONT accounting system. * Assistance in preparing monthly tax returns (PDT 621 – IGV/Income Tax, PLAME). * Bank reconciliations. * Control and filing of physical and electronic payment vouchers. * Monitoring of deductions, withholdings, and collections. * Support in monthly accounting closings. * Preparation of accounting reports for management. **Requirements** * Certified Public Accountant or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of SISCONT (mandatory). * Knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience in MYPE or general regime companies is desirable. **Competencies** * High level of order and organization. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Proactivity.
