




**Position Description:** At HCP, we are looking for a **Logistics and Administration Assistant** to support the management of resources, materials, and administrative processes, ensuring the efficient execution of company operations and services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate order dispatch and tracking. * Monitor the validity of supplies, certificates, and materials. * Control stock of office supplies, PPE, and other equipment. * Manage purchases, internal logistics, transportation, and distribution. * Record invoices, issue shipping guides and sales invoices. * Administer inventories, supplier database, and petty cash. * Comply with policies of the Integrated Management System (HSE, Quality, Anti-bribery). **Requirements:** * Technical degree or undergraduate studies in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel), * inventory software or ERP systems (desirable). * Class A1 driver's license (desirable). **Valued Skills:** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one. * Professional growth opportunities. * Pleasant work environment.
