Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, logistics, and supply operations, coordinating activities nationwide and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on efficiency, quality, and stock control. **Profile**: \- Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields, with minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply functions—ideally within the healthcare sector or service-oriented companies. \- Mandatory experience in the healthcare sector. \- Strong analytical ability, results orientation, negotiation skills, organizational skills, and teamwork. **Responsibilities**: * Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and requirements across various locations. * Coordinate timely nationwide supply delivery. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. * Request quotations and compare proposals. * Track purchase orders and deliveries. * Maintain control over critical stock levels and replenishments. * Coordinate and execute internal transfers and logistical support among locations. * Ensure cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and quality standards. * Maintain departmental databases and reports. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or completed studies in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Negotiation ability, organizational discipline, and sense of urgency. * High proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Multilocation experience or experience with distributed operations is desirable. * **Valid driver's license is desirable.** Work Modality: \- On-site in Surco, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.
