Ø Knowledge of blueprint reading (reinforcement assemblers) Ø Manual skills and dexterity in assembly. Ø Proven experience in the field. Ø Leadership ability, teamwork capability, and capacity to respond immediately to on-site challenges. Ø Skilled workers: must possess knowledge of measurement taking, use of electric and manual tools, material identification, and oxy-cutting equipment operation.
