The candidate will be responsible for coordinating their team within one of the kitchen lines (hot, cold, etc.) and guaranteeing compliance with established standards. **Main responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise the assigned kitchen line (hot, cold, grill, etc.). * Coordinate and assign tasks among cooks, assistants, and other staff in the area. * Verify proper preparation, presentation, and timely delivery of dishes according to quality and timing standards. * Monitor supplies and materials on the line, ensuring their efficient use. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Assist in training new staff members at their station. * Maintain continuous order and cleanliness of the work station. * Report incidents to the Chef or Head Cook. * Collaborate in developing new recipes and improving processes. * Supervise that all equipment in their line is operational and well-maintained. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Line Supervisor or Head Cook in high-volume restaurants. * Technical studies in gastronomy (desirable). * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and professional kitchen standards. * Immediate availability and flexible schedule. * High level of responsibility and commitment \* * **We offer:** * Market-competitive salary based on experience. * Meals provided during shift. * Excellent work environment. * Job stability and opportunities for growth.
