If you have over 10 years of professional experience, mastery of technical design, and a track record of leading construction projects… this opportunity is for you! **What profile are we seeking?** * A **licensed** professional in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Over 10 years of general professional experience**, counted from the date of licensure. * **Over 5 years of experience in designing technical documentation** for similar projects. * **Over 5 years leading construction projects**, as site manager, resident engineer, supervisor, or coordinator. * Proven experience in **educational projects**. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical quality of deliverables. * Preferred: familiarity with the State Procurement Law or OXI Law. **Responsibilities** * Lead the full technical documentation design for the project. * Verify that assigned specialists (in-house or subcontracted) possess: * **At least 5 years of construction experience**. * **At least 5 years of specialized design experience for educational projects**. * Ensure constructability and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and the client. * Guarantee quality, timelines, and deliverables aligned with the technical regulations of the education sector. **What do we offer?** * Project-based contract under consultancy modality. * Participation in a high-impact project.
