Job Description At Lely Special Corporation, we are seeking a responsible, committed, and leadership-driven Transportation and Distribution Supervisor to coordinate and ensure the proper execution of our goods transportation and distribution operations. This position requires an organized individual with team leadership skills and proven experience in logistics management. **Key Responsibilities:** **3.1 TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT** § Plan and assign vehicles according to cargo type, route, and availability. § Supervise loading, unloading, maneuvers, and waiting times. § Monitor the complete operational cycle: loading → transit → unloading → return. § Manage operational contingencies (vehicle changes, delays, diversions). § Validate cargo stowage, lashing, and securing for heavy cargo. **3.2 ROUTE CONTROL AND ROAD SAFETY** § Verify authorized routes, municipal restrictions, and special permits. § Monitor speed, stops, and GPS alerts. § Control driver driving and rest hours. § Coordinate actions in response to incidents, emergencies, or mechanical failures. § Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and internal protocols. **3.3 HEAVY AND OVER-DIMENSIONAL CARGO MANAGEMENT** § Validate weight, dimensions, and cargo type per MTC regulations. § Supervise correct use of lashing accessories (slings, tensioners, chains). § Coordinate maneuvers with cranes, forklifts, or specialized equipment. § Manage escorts, municipal permits, and special authorizations. **3.4 DOCUMENTATION AND REGULARIZATION MANAGEMENT (WAYBILLS AND INVOICES)** § Verify correct issuance of GRT and GRR before service commencement. § Regularize waybills upon vehicle, driver, route, or cargo changes. § Validate alignment between transported and documented cargo. § Safeguard delivery evidence (POD, photos, seal, signature). § Coordinate with administration for service invoice issuance. § Deliver complete documentation package for closure and billing. § Maintain physical and digital archives for SUNAT and ISO audits. **WHEN APPLICABLE:** § Verify correct issuance of GRT and GRR before service commencement. § Regularize waybills upon vehicle, driver, route, or cargo changes. § Validate alignment between transported and documented cargo. § Safeguard delivery evidence (POD, photos, seal, signature). § Coordinate with administration for service invoice issuance. § Deliver complete documentation package for closure and billing. § Maintain physical and digital archives for SUNAT and ISO audits. § **Upload waybills, invoices, evidence, and operational reports to the client portal, complying with:** \- Deadlines established by the client. \- Portal-specific formats and requirements. \- Document validation prior to upload. \- Confirmation of successful upload and traceability logging. § Report portal incidents (errors, rejections, flagged documents) and manage immediate corrections. **3.5 DRIVER MANAGEMENT** § Assign drivers according to cargo type and risk level. § Supervise adherence to procedures, regulations, and PPE usage. § Conduct operational briefings and provide feedback. § Evaluate performance, incidents, and driving behavior. § Validate driver fitness (licenses, training, rest periods). **3.6 FLEET MAINTENANCE AND AVAILABILITY CONTROL** § Validate pre-operational inspections and fault reports. § Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. § Supervise vehicle availability and repair timelines. § Manage critical spare parts and external workshops. **3.7 OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT** § Identify risks along routes, during maneuvers, and with cargo handling. § Implement operational controls and preventive measures. § Coordinate emergency and accident response. § Conduct preliminary incident investigations. § Report deviations and propose corrective actions. **3.8 KPI AND REPORTING MANAGEMENT** § Prepare daily transportation, incident, and availability reports. § Analyze operational costs (fuel, tolls, idle time). § Maintain transportation and road safety dashboards. § Present reports to management and clients as required. **3.9 LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE** § Verify validity of SOAT, CITV, insurance policies, permits, and licenses. § Supervise compliance with MTC, municipal, and sector-specific regulations. § Maintain inspection records and mandatory documentation. § Ensure documentary traceability during regulatory inspections. **3.10 CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** § Propose improvements in routes, timing, costs, and safety. § Optimize vehicle and driver allocation. § Participate in internal and external audits. § Implement operational standards and procedures. **Requirements** * Technical knowledge of heavy and over-dimensional cargo transportation. * Risk management and road safety. * Operational leadership and personnel management. * Analytical ability and decision-making capacity. * Proficiency in MTC and SUNAT regulations. * Effective communication with clients and internal departments. * Proficiency in digital
