Position Summary: Consorcio Logístico Sagitario is seeking a Project Coordinator - Construction to manage personnel logistics, fuel supply, equipment authorizations, and general project support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel logistics and per diem arrangements for mining projects. 2. Administers fuel supply and equipment documentation. 3. Coordinates shift schedules and personnel requirements. We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and on this occasion we are looking for a **Project Coordinator \- Construction Site** to join our team at Minera Chinalco. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and report weekly control reports on scheduling of regular and extraordinary personnel arrivals and departures, which must be submitted to the Project Management, Operations Superintendence, Human Resources Management, Administration and Finance Management, and General Controller departments. * Prepare and manage per diem allowances for personnel (macro) arriving at and departing from the project site, with appropriate advance notice; such allowances must be approved by Project Management and Operations Superintendence, and submitted weekly to Administration and Finance Management, the General Controller, and Human Resources. * Manage fuel supply for all units entering the project and monitor validity periods. **Monitor internal licenses of operational staff (operators and riggers).** * Manage internal equipment authorizations and maintain validity of all associated documentation. * Monitor and coordinate adherence to personnel shift schedules. * Manage equipment and personnel entry/exit procedures. * Manage personnel requisitions approved by supervision, superintendence, and project management. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence.
