We are currently seeking a professional eager to develop expertise in transportation operations and management. **Position Profile:** We seek a university graduate or technical professional with interest in operational management of vehicles and drivers. We value commitment, discipline, organization, and field leadership capability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Coordinate daily scheduling of vehicles and drivers. · Supervise route compliance, service times, and operational standards. · Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the relevant department. · Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and fleet performance. · Prepare operational reports and record incidents. · Coordinate shift handovers under the 24x6 work regime. · Support continuous improvement of operational processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** University graduate or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or operations (preferred). Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. General knowledge of transportation regulations and document control.
