




1. Timely registration of operations in the system: Sales orders, debit notes. 2. Coordinate with different departments of each state entity to determine the status of pending invoices and payment schedules. 3. Consult with the Institutional Sales department regarding accounts receivable. 4. Support, if necessary, requests for re-invoicing, order cancellations, among others. 5. Record customer collections in the system. 6. Assist in preparing account statements on a weekly basis using Excel for review and control. 7. Review customer account statements and inform the responsible team member so appropriate actions can be taken. 8. Keep area files organized and up to date.
