We’re expanding our team at Diamond Films Peru!** At Diamond Films Peru, we continue growing and are looking to hire a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the execution of campaigns in the film industry. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop their marketing career, work with movie releases, and actively participate in regionally impactful projects. **Key responsibilities include:** * Coordinating physical and digital release materials with national exhibitors. * Managing raffles and promotional activities with cinemas and partners. * Compiling and consolidating information for pre-release campaign reports. * Providing operational support in managing promotional partners, press agencies, and Community Managers. * Preparing presentations aligned with departmental guidelines. * Organizing and supporting events, activations, and premieres. * Sending event schedules, digital invitations, and related documentation. * Entering and updating budgets in the ERP system. * Contributing ideas and providing creative support for activations, raffles, and merchandising usage. The ideal candidate must be organized and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within dynamic teams. **What We’re Looking For:** Graduates in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising, with 2 years of experience in similar roles.
