We seek the best profile: committed and proactive, to join our team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure, tolerance. * Social responsibility, punctuality, and adaptability to change. * Perform maintenance and mechanical work. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Propose and participate—whenever called upon—in new continuous improvement projects. * Maintain industrial machines, among others. * Review proper completion of reports on performed work. * Daily inspection of machines and installations, among others. * Comply with safety regulations for all tasks performed. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Perform tasks according to the company’s required standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma or degree in Maintenance Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, with corresponding certification. * Availability to work in CALLAO. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of welding and electrical connections. * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Candidates available to work Monday through Saturday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Direct payroll enrollment with statutory benefits: bonus, CTS, family allowance, and additional bonuses. * Excellent working environment.
