We are looking for (5) **Experienced Maintenance Mechanics** for our CALLAO branch. We are seeking the best profile: committed and proactive, to join our team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, work under pressure, tolerance. * Social responsibility, punctuality, and orientation toward change. * Carry out mechanical maintenance tasks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. * Propose and participate, whenever called upon, in new continuous improvement projects. * Maintain industrial machines, among others. * Check proper completion of reports for work performed. * Daily inspection of machines and installations, among others. * Comply with safety standards in all tasks performed. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Perform tasks according to the company’s required standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or graduate in Maintenance Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, with corresponding certification. * Availability to work in CALLAO. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of welding and electrical connections. * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Candidates must be available to work Monday through Saturday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market salary. * Direct payroll enrollment with statutory benefits: bonus, CTS, family allowance, and bonuses. * Excellent working environment.
