




REQUIREMENTS: * Technical professional, high school graduate or bachelor's degree holder * Diploma in occupational health or workplace safety * Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health is mandatory * Intermediate Excel skills for report and form preparation. * PowerPoint proficiency for presentation and training development. * Knowledge to implement an occupational health system from scratch. * Availability to work at various locations in Lima. YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES * Conduct inspections of facilities and emergency equipment such as first-aid kits, topical supplies, lactation areas, cafeterias, and other required areas. * Implement, maintain, and update the Occupational Health Management System for assigned clients. * Advise and/or prepare documentation for audits, homologations, and other occupational health-related matters. * Develop or update the annual occupational health plan, occupational surveillance programs, EMOS protocols, instructions, manuals, and occupational health policies. * Conduct on-site visits to assigned clients’ facilities: stores, warehouses, offices, industrial plants, or others. * Deliver training sessions, interactive and playful awareness activities on occupational health. * Coordinate with the Occupational Physician and Safety Engineer to execute the annual OSH plan. * Conduct health care prevention campaigns for various clients.
