Job Objective:** To provide support in the proper operational management of the store through efficient merchandise control, dispatch support, and appropriate customer service, contributing to order, traceability, and end-customer satisfaction. **2\. Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and record incoming merchandise, ensuring alignment with shipping guides and documents. * Execute product dispatches according to orders, guaranteeing accuracy, timely delivery, and appropriate conditions. * Record inventory entries, exits, losses, and available stock. * Track and monitor dispatches to end customers, validating deliveries and confirmations. * Support in-store customer service by providing clear information and an appropriate service experience. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper labeling of products in the warehouse and dispatch area. **3\. Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * Customer-oriented mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **4\.
