We are currently seeking new talent for the position of Vehicle Recovery Assistant who wishes to join our team. We seek an operational, field-oriented individual who actively participates in vehicle recovery interventions, working in close coordination with the department head. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide operational support during interventions, vehicle recovery, and fleet control, ensuring speed, order, and effective on-site execution of actions, in accordance with clear guidelines from the Operations Department. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support scheduled vehicle interventions (transportation, inspections, custody). * Execute vehicle recovery operations as directed by the Operations Department. * Coordinate with workshops, garages, and internal staff regarding vehicle movements. * Inspect the physical and operational condition of intervened vehicles. * Record basic operation information (time, location, vehicle condition). * Strictly comply with company-defined protocols. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in field operations, logistics, courier services, collections, or recovery (preferred). * Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory). * Sound judgment, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions. * Immediate availability. * Tolerance for fieldwork and high-pressure environments. * Proficiency in basic communication via WhatsApp. **CONDITIONS** * Employment type: Temporary (initial 2 weeks, extendable based on operational needs) * Compensation: Per service period (weekly or per project). * Potential for extension or future rehiring based on performance and operational workload. * Contract type: Service Fee Receipt (Recibo por Honorarios) * Work modality: On-site / Field * Schedule: Flexible Job type: Temporary Contract duration: 2 weeks Salary: S/.500.00 – S/.600.00 per week Application question(s): * Do you hold a valid A1 driver’s license and are you willing to drive recovered vehicles when necessary? * Initial support is for two full weeks with fixed compensation; subsequent work is occasional.
