Responsibilities: Carry out assembly, disassembly, installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on refrigeration equipment. Handle equipment, instruments, tools, and devices used in assembly, installation, and maintenance. Verify and record pressure testing, vacuuming, and commissioning of refrigeration systems in protocols. Prepare technical reports on the assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, and operation processes of refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and identify faults, malfunctions, or defects in the various mechanical and electrical systems of refrigeration equipment, determining their causes and possible solutions through conventional and/or computerized systems. Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors and maintain communication regarding assigned tasks. Requirements: Graduate technician in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Experience in preventive maintenance and repair of cold rooms, chillers, etc. Knowledge of refrigeration equipment using R-22, R-507, GLYCOL, R-134a. Electrical installations, controller programming, etc. Responsibility for proper use of PPE and safety devices. Willingness to travel to stores throughout Lima and work rotating shifts for emergency maintenance.
