**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the operational continuity of activities necessary to maintain products within quality specifications, ensuring established performance indicators. Generate production reports with KPIs for department information. Control staff schedules, delivery of PPE, training, and all matters related to their safety. Raise awareness and lead the operations team to ensure zero personal, environmental, and social accidents. Verify the correct mechanical and metal assembly of all plant equipment. Conduct inspections and review proper compliance with quality protocols. Monitor the supply of materials and/or services. Supervise adherence to the production schedule. Schedule mechanical and electrical maintenance for plant equipment. Generate progress reports on activities for project management. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Technical degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electrician, or related fields. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working on industrial plant projects. Experience managing personnel. Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
