GROUP LAY IS LOOKING FOR 01 CIVIL ENGINEER FOR THE COST AND BUDGET DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar projects * Solid technical knowledge of quantity surveying, costs and budgets for services, retail and construction. * Sourcing cost-effective offers, preparing budgets, submitting bids, * Preparing quotations and valuations for services such as: Electrical, Sanitary, Drywall, Painting, Flooring and Tiling, etc. * Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * Knowledge of S10 **(Mandatory)** * AutoCAD and blueprint reading. * Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, costs and budgets. (Mandatory) * Intermediate Excel and Office skills (Mandatory) * Knowledge of unit costs and BOQs (Bill of Quantities / Unit Price Analysis) * Willingness to travel across various districts of Lima. \- RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparing quotations for the services offered by the company. * Assisting the immediate supervisor with various tasks related to this area. * Conducting site visits to prepare required budgets for the services offered by the company. * Supporting work-in-progress valuations. * Responsible for generating indicators to monitor KPIs. * Responsible for commercial interactions regarding costs and budgets with internal and external clients. * Immediate availability to work in Surco.
