Qualified with valid professional registration in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision and/or management of industrial projects Experience coordinating technical specialties: Structures, Electrical Installations, Air Conditioning, Sanitary Systems, HVAC, among others Experience in management and supervision of projects within the specialty Project implementation and management Preparation of technical proposals: work plans, schedules, technical specifications, and others Experience in quality control, construction progress monitoring, and compliance with technical specifications Experience in coordination with contractors, suppliers, and designers Experience in reviewing and reconciling drawings Experience in preparing and/or reviewing technical reports and progress reports Experience in managing project timelines, costs, and resources Experience in budgeting TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Advanced reading and interpretation of specialty drawings Knowledge of construction processes and construction sequences Knowledge of current technical standards and regulations Knowledge of quantity take-offs, budgeting, and valuations Knowledge of quality control for materials and execution SOFTWARE: AutoCAD SAP (Desirable) Knowledge of KPI indicators Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
