Education: Licensed Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineer or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years leading maintenance plans and construction projects (construction experience preferred). Regulations: Expertise in NFPA standards (13, 20, 25, 72, 2001, etc.), RNE A.130, and FM Global standards. Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Office, and management tools (Planner/Teams). Management: Experience in progress billing, budgeting, KPIs, and invoicing. Key Skills: Leadership: Effective delegation, conflict resolution, and staff performance evaluation. Planning: Strong ability to organize schedules and ensure logistical cost control. Relationships: Assertive communication with clients, suppliers, and senior management.
