We are looking for a creative, responsible, and proactive **Advertising Design Assistant** with experience in graphic design and social media management. This position requires a candidate with technical skills, aesthetic sense, and organizational ability to support the creation of visual materials, social media management, and development of digital advertising campaigns. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in the role**. * Experience as a **Community Manager** (essential). * Technical or university professional in **Graphic Design** or **Audiovisual Communication**, graduated or currently completing final semesters. * **Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.** * Proficiency in software for **graphic design, social media, photography, video editing, and website creation.** * Must reside in **Surco or nearby areas.** **APPLICANT PROFILE** * Punctual, responsible, and organized. * Proactive with strong work ethic. * Ability to **work under pressure and meet deadlines.** * Excellent communication skills and **visual creativity.** * Positive attitude, **detail-oriented and service-focused.** * Quick learner with **ability to adapt rapidly.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Management and administration of social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). * Creation and design of **digital and print advertisements** (banners, posters, brochures, flyers, etc.). * **Production and editing of promotional videos.** * **Distribution of content** on social media and digital platforms. * **Creation and maintenance of websites** and institutional blogs. * Duties related to **Community Manager.** * Support in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORKING HOURS** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * **Formal employment contract** including all statutory benefits. * **Work certificate** upon termination of employment. * **Ongoing training** in digital tools. * **Dynamic and collaborative work environment.** Position type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract duration: 17 months Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have immediate availability? * Do you have experience in this role?
