




We are looking for an organized, proactive person with strong administrative skills to manage the **quotation and operational coordination** area. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate service requirements with clients. * Prepare and send quotations promptly and in an orderly manner. * Issue the purchase order request to the planner once the service has been approved. * Verify that clients have submitted the Service Orders or the correct legal entity name for invoicing. * Coordinate required services with suppliers for each campaign. * Attend client meetings in person or virtually, as needed. * Send the service details to the billing department to proceed with invoice issuance. * Organize and archive all services and documents in folders (digital and/or physical).
