We are currently seeking personnel for the position of **HR ASSISTANT.** REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum experience as an HR Assistant handling payroll/recruitment · Graduates in Psychology · Knowledge of labor legislation. · Intermediate Excel proficiency. · Availability to work in La Victoria · Committed, responsible, and willing to support wherever required. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct recruitment and selection processes. · Request opening of accounts and salary payments. · Apply for and manage subsidies with ESSALUD. · Prepare and monitor contract renewals. · Make payments to AFP and ONP. · Perform other HR-related tasks. · Carry out other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: · Salary: S/ 1130 on payroll from day one. · Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM · Biweekly payments Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
