We are currently seeking top talent for the position of ***ROTATING TELEPHONE CONTROLLER - DISPATCH*** at our Callao headquarters, who can perform the following duties: * Correctly zone reserved services. * Dispatch and assign all standard van services, including airport transfers. * Offer services to locate available vehicles. * Monitor flights. * Handle rejection messages from affiliates. * Handle modifications and/or cancellations of van services. * Monitor that units depart on time. * Respond to driver commands and/or voice requests. * Handle service cancellations. * Notify users of vehicle arrival for pickup (control/cancellation). * Support drivers: provide guidance, fare calculation, arrange transfers, contact parties, and more. * Serve customers or the general public courteously, kindly, promptly, appropriately, and efficiently, in order to create, foster, and maintain a positive image of AUTOTAXI SATELITAL. * And other duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum relevant work experience (mandatory: 6 months). * Strong willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team. * Availability to work onsite at: Av.
