Foster an optimal work environment and professional development We are currently looking for a Minimarket Administrator for our Chilca branch to join our team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage the efficient and productive use of resources assigned to the store. \- Achieve the monthly sales target assigned to the branch. Ensure inventory control, goods receipt, and compliance with company policies and procedures. EXPECTED OUTCOMES: \- Achieve sales and margin objectives. \- Manage operating costs within target (key items: lost sales, shrinkage, and supply expenses). \- Maintain high customer service quality. \- Inventory control \- Maintain an optimal store work environment.
