




**Job Objective** Provide technical assistance, ensuring the operational functionality of computer systems, networks, equipment, and applications within the organization. Resolve issues, install and configure hardware and software, and maintain an efficient and secure technological environment. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Technical support, network management, and computing. * Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. * Knowledge of the Starsoft system (Mandatory) * Availability to work in Lince **Responsibilities** * Address and resolve reported incidents (hardware, software, network, applications). * Provide assistance through multiple channels: telephone, email, chat. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Equipment and Systems Maintenance * Network and Connectivity Management * Support in Information Security Management * Administer user roles and permissions in Active Directory. * Verify and update the inventory of computer equipment. * Replace computer supplies and consumables (ink, toner, etc.). * Prepare quotations for hardware and software requirements. * Manage email accounts on the cPanel platform. * Configure email accounts with Microsoft Outlook. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Employment Conditions:** * Inclusion in the MYPE payroll from day one. * Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am–1:00 pm.
