* Receive and verify plastic bag production orders. * Enter daily production information into the system: quantities manufactured, bag types, materials used (polyethylene, inks, additives), waste, and rejected products. * Monitor and enter raw material consumption, rolls, and reels assigned to each machine. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management and supervisors. * Verify entered information against production reports submitted by operators and supervisors. * Coordinate with warehouse and inventory departments to control input and output of materials. * Archive and safeguard orders, production reports, and related documents. * Identify data inconsistencies and promptly report them to the Production Manager. * Assist in internal production and quality audits when required. * Comply with the company’s established industrial safety and environmental procedures. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Computing, Industrial Administration, Production, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of data entry or production control experience in industrial companies; experience in the plastics industry is preferred. * **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ERP systems (desirable). * Basic understanding of the plastic bag manufacturing process.
