We are expanding and looking for a **Store Manager** who is energetic, detail-oriented, and demonstrates outstanding leadership. Your Mission in This Role You will be fully responsible for the daily operation of the minimarket. Your goal will be to ensure the store is always well-stocked, customers receive prompt and friendly service, and all financial records balance perfectly. What Will Be Your Main Challenges? * **Inventory and Shrinkage Control:** Monitor incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/PEPS system), and minimize losses due to expiration or damage. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate staff shifts (multifunctional cashiers), motivate team members, and ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards. * **Commercial Management:** Monitor daily sales, ensure correct price labeling, and maintain orderly, attractive shelf displays. * **Cash Handling Operations:** Supervise cash reconciliations, cash handling, and bank deposits, ensuring zero discrepancies. * **Supplier Relations:** Coordinate order deliveries, verify invoices, and ensure timely restocking. What Are We Looking For? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (minimarkets, convenience stores, supermarkets, or mass-consumption retail). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory control, and basic/intermediate Excel skills. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving capability, and unwavering integrity. * **Availability:** Full-time schedule of 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break), with Sundays off.
