Opportunity for professional growth At **Porcelatino SAC**, we are looking for a **Sales Assistant for our Modern Retail Channel**. We are a Chinese investment company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of porcelain tiles and ceramic wall/floor coverings nationwide and internationally, headquartered in Chilca (Cañete). If you are from out of town, we provide full accommodation and meals. Job Objective: To manage the complete sales process—from order receipt through product delivery, including invoicing and collections follow-up. Requirements \- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, billing, dispatch, or related functions within retail companies (e.g., SODIMAC, PROMART, etc.) \- Completed or incomplete technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred) \- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems \- Willingness to work in Chilca (Cañete) (mandatory) What We Offer? \- Formal payroll with all statutory benefits (vacation, bonuses, profit-sharing, etc.). \- Working hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break; 1 hour of daily overtime included in schedule); Saturday: 7:00–10:00 AM (possible overtime based on operational needs and prior coordination) \- Lunch provided \- Optional on-site accommodation and full meals (if required) Apply now and grow with us!
