Job Summary: Supports the planning and execution of heavy machinery maintenance, supervising tasks, controlling equipment, and participating in failure diagnostics. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in diagnostics of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures. **Requirements** · Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. · Knowledge of heavy machinery and equipment maintenance. · Basic proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance control systems. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Preferably 1 year of experience in workshops, heavy machinery, or construction site operations. · Willingness to travel to provincial areas. · Preferred residence in Chilca or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities** · Support planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment. · Develop, update, and manage inspection and maintenance checklists. · Supervise basic workshop tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and mechanical adjustments. · Track machine operating hours and monitor maintenance alerts and schedules. · Participate in initial diagnostics of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures. · Coordinate and provide support for logistics activities related to maintenance and operations. · Verify compliance with safety procedures and best maintenance practices. · Prepare technical reports and equipment follow-up reports. **Competencies** · Analytical and problem-solving ability. · Teamwork. · Responsibility and commitment. · Proactivity and results orientation. **Benefits** Accommodation and lunch Salary: S/.2,400\.00 \- S/.2,600\.00 per month Experience: * Work experience: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
