Education: * Professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering. * Valid license from the College of Engineers of Peru. Required Experience: * Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects within engineering firms (E, EP, EPCM), preferably in the mining sector. * Specific experience in contract management or leadership for engineering development projects across their various phases: conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic, and detailed. Job Description: * Coordinate the engineering resources required for the technical execution of the project. * Clearly establish and communicate technical objectives, scope, milestones, and quality standards to the engineering team. * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different engineering disciplines. * Implement and oversee project information and communication management tools. * Apply engineering methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance with standards. * Manage the full engineering workflow: from conceptual and basic design through to detailed design, integrating deliverables from all disciplines. * Develop, review, and ensure compliance with the Engineering Execution Plan. * Supervise and coordinate technical interfaces between engineering, procurement, and manage the required technical support during subsequent stages. * Control and monitor the engineering schedule, allocated budget, and resources, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. * Manage technical change, assessing its impact on project scope, cost, and schedule. Other Requirements: * Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) and proficiency in design and collaboration suites (AutoCAD, Microstation, Navisworks, SmartPlant, or similar). * Familiarity with BIM/data management platforms and 3D modeling. * Intermediate/advanced level of English. * Proficiency in MS Office 365.
