Main Functions and Responsibilities Preparation of mise en place in your work area. Control and receipt of supplies. Rotation within the kitchen area: cold and hot stations. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, kitchen furniture, and utensils. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical training in gastronomy preferred. Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standard. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a kitchen assistant in hotels, restaurants, or related establishments.
