




A restaurant chain specializing in meats and grills is seeking talent to fill the position of Cook at the restaurant located in the Miraflores district. Main Functions and Responsibilities Preparation of mise en place in your work area. Control and receipt of supplies. Rotation within the kitchen area: cold and hot stations. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, kitchen furniture, and utensils. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical training in gastronomy preferred. Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standard. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a kitchen assistant in hotels, restaurants, or related establishments. Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented focus, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule. Benefits Inclusion in payroll (MYPE regime).
