Responsible for cash, merchandise, shrinkage control, and expired items Precio SAC, a Peruvian minimarket company, is looking for a STORE ADMINISTRATOR / STORE LEADER to join our branch located in CHILCA. Sto Domingo de Olleros S/N, Chilca District** Responsibilities: \- Efficiently manage service quality and operational performance of the assigned store. \- Ensure proper handling of cash and merchandise under full responsibility. \- Submit daily sales and cash closing reports, and daily remittances. \- Receive merchandise, register invoices, and maintain inventory records (kardex). \- Maintain operational standards and store layout. \- Execute promotions, offers, campaigns, and other in-store activities. \- Properly receive merchandise, maintain strict control over shrinkage and expired items, and monitor stock shortages. \- Train and supervise the store team to ensure a unique Customer Service experience.
