Technical and/or university studies, completed or in progress, preferably in logistics, administration, engineering or related fields, are desirable. **EXPERIENCE** At least 6 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in warehouses dedicated to storage and distribution of medical devices or healthcare products. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Ensure that goods shipments are delivered to customers within the time, quality, and cost defined by Bomi in its value proposition. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this role. Additional responsibilities and/or duties may be assigned as appropriate. * Coordinate with the validated transport fleet for daily dispatches of clients who contract transportation through Bomi. * Distribute cargo according to the capacity of owned or subcontracted transport units. * Prepare route sheets based on the geographic location of the final destination and customer type. * Continuously monitor the progress of route sheets. * Report any abnormal events on the route to internal and external customers. * Follow up on incident reports to resolve issues in the shortest possible time. * Assist in the physical organization of the Transportation Area. * Support vehicle loading before departure on routes. * Verify physical cargo against documentation in vehicles. * Keep equipment and workplace orderly, reporting any anomalies. * Support and assist in consolidating reports. * Assist in safeguarding department documentation. * Ensure proper use of assets and equipment under their responsibility. * Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. * Inform staff when standards are not met, including SG\-SST regulations. * Actively participate in safety talks and/or awareness programs, including those related to SG\-SST. * Propose necessary controls to perform tasks safely. * Report all incidents occurring in the area or workplace (injury accidents, near misses, minor injuries). * Identify hazards associated with activities and control measures, ensuring their implementation. * Permanently ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (personal protective equipment) in their work areas. * Verify that the work area is in good operating and hygiene conditions. * Other duties as requested by employer or supervisor, not otherwise specified. * Perform assigned tasks in accordance with the Manual of Good Distribution and Transportation Practices. * Other duties expressly assigned upon request by employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work will be performed in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin.
