At Vaope.com, **The Ticketing Platform of Peru**, we are looking for **a Graphic Designer** to create, develop and maintain high-impact visual materials for their new project. Your work will be key to strengthening the brand identity and ensuring our visual communication is attractive, consistent and aligned with business objectives. ☑**Requirements**: * Technical or University degree in Graphic Design, Communications or related fields. * Specialization in Graphic Design. * Knowledge in Branding, Video Editing, Social Media, AI. * Basic/Intermediate level of English. * 2 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in similar roles. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere or After Effects, Canva and Figma. * Experience using organizational tools such as Trello, Mural and Notion. * Availability to work full time onsite in Surco. ☑**Skills**: * Attention to detail, organization and assertive communication, ability to work under pressure and openness to constructive criticism, always maintaining a strong aesthetic sense. ☑**Main Responsibilities:** * Create, develop and maintain the institutional graphic style, ensuring visual consistency of the brand across all internal and external communication materials and platforms. * Design and adapt packaging proposals and marketing materials aligned with the brand's visual identity, guaranteeing aesthetic coherence, functionality and visual appeal in product materials and presentations. * Ensure correct application of the brand’s visual identity across all designs. * Design digital graphic pieces (flyers, banners, social media content, etc.) for events requested by the Commercial and Marketing departments. * Produce and/or edit audiovisual content for events requested by Marketing. * Create SVG format sketches for the website landing page when required. * Adapt and update graphic materials according to specific campaign requirements from Marketing. * Deliver completed materials to the Marketing and Commercial teams using Drive, Trello and WhatsApp. * Use AI tools to create graphic materials upon request from Marketing. * Perform other duties assigned by the department leader. ☑**Benefits**: * Microenterprise employment regime (15 days vacation + Essalud health insurance) * Positive, dynamic and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
