Job Summary: A leading security company is seeking a Property Security Supervisor responsible for supervising the security guard team, verifying compliance with regulations, and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of security personnel. 2. Compliance with security regulations and provisions. 3. Participation in continuous service improvement. *Prominent security-specialized company is currently seeking a Security Supervisor for Chilca \- Lima who meets the following profile:* ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** *\- Supervise the security guard team to ensure compliance with established directives and provisions.* *\- Conduct patrols to verify compliance by personnel under supervision.* *\- Supervise and carry out verification of identification documents for personnel, vehicles, and packages entering secured facilities.* *\- Ensure compliance with regulatory security norms and provisions by supervised personnel and within the assigned project.* *\- Report developments, incidents, and activities verbally and in writing to immediate superiors, the control center, and the Operations Management, using reports, photographic evidence, among others.* *\- Participate in coordination meetings and submit proposals for service improvement to optimize service quality.* *\- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position's mission.* ***REQUIREMENTS:*** *\- Completed Secondary Education* *\- SUCAMEC Certification Course* *\- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency* *\- Minimum 3 years of certified experience as a Security Supervisor or Coordinator.* *\- Must be available to work in Chilca.
