Responsibilities: Plan and execute the content calendar for our social media platforms, aligned with the objectives of the real estate sector. Develop high-quality audiovisual content: scripting, filming, editing, and post-production of videos. Design animations and provide voiceovers for videos that promote our properties and services in an engaging way. Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visual assets that complement our social media strategy. Manage and administer social media accounts: monitor activity, interact with the audience, and generate valuable content. Implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement of our posts. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital content creation or a similar role, ideally within the real estate sector. Advanced proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and experience managing social media platforms. Ability to produce innovative content tailored to digital trends in the real estate industry.
