




**Functions and Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate the use of company vehicles, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently. * Maintain an updated inventory of all vehicles belonging to Point Group companies, coordinate the purchase or rental of new vehicles, or the disposal of old or damaged vehicles, including managing negotiations for the sale of vehicles that need to be replaced. * Coordinate and supervise vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are carried out timely and meet appropriate quality standards. * Implement safety policies and procedures for vehicle use, ensuring drivers have proper licenses and training, and comply with local traffic laws and regulations. * Keep accurate records of fleet-related costs and expenses, and prepare reports on vehicle usage and associated costs. * Monitor and control vehicle routes using GPS tracking. * Coordinate and supervise replacement of high-turnover spare parts (tires and batteries). * Coordinate the assignment of traffic fines to direct users of the vehicles. * Carry out delivery/assignment of vehicles through formal handover documents. * Control and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance for vehicles assigned to employees. * Supervise and monitor fuel usage through periodic measurement of each vehicle's consumption. * Coordinate the sale of vehicles that have reached their useful life. * Coordinate the use of vehicle insurance in case of incidents. * Stay updated on new technologies and trends in vehicle fleet management, recommending improvements and updates to existing processes and tools. * Conduct periodic audits of the overall condition of vehicles (tires, battery, upholstery, bodywork and paint, electrical system, fluids, etc.) and how employee users operate them. Ensure all vehicle documentation remains up to date: preventive and corrective maintenance logs, SOAT, comprehensive insurance policy, vehicle inspection/checklist records. * Conduct driving skill and proficiency tests for every employee who will receive a vehicle as a work tool, to verify adequate driving expertise and proper vehicle handling. * Create and maintain an updated database of workshops and dealerships responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as vehicle purchases and sales at the regional level. * In case of an incident, manage timely and appropriate coordination with the insurance provider, and jointly conduct investigations to determine whether the accident resulted from improper handling by the employee or from natural vehicle wear. Additionally, report any vehicle incident or accident to the OSH committee. * Coordinate with the HR department and insurers from each company to organize training sessions/courses on topics such as: Risk identification and management, fire drills, evacuation drills, road safety, basic mechanics courses, defensive driving courses, etc. * If external entities do not provide these trainings, it will be the coordinator’s responsibility to train employees on these and other required topics. * Manage the purchase and maintenance of pallet jacks, laptops, and employee mobile phones. * Periodically and frequently audit the mileage of each vehicle using GPS data and occasional site visits to locations where vehicle users are based. * If the company owns a truck, the fleet coordinator is fully responsible for its supervision, applying the same oversight procedures described above for all other vehicles. **Requirements:** **1\.** High school graduate or technical degree in administration, accounting, mechanical or industrial engineering, or related fields. **2\.** Additional studies: Fleet management, basic mechanical knowledge, and vehicle insurance. **3\.** Class A1 driver's license At Point Andina, we respect and value individual characteristics and believe diversity and inclusion strengthen our society.
