Job Summary: Production supervisor in aluminum carpentry, managing teams, coordinating processes, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and control of the aluminum carpentry production process 2. Team coordination and resource optimization in the plant 3. Focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance **REQUIREMENT (1) ALUMINUM CARPENTRY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and supervise team leaders and operators across all stages of the production process to meet scheduled production deadlines. * Coordinate operator assignments across shifts according to their capabilities and production requirements to optimize working hours. * Coordinate with the Plant Manager regarding activities to be carried out in the production process. * Coordinate daily and weekly with the PPCO Analyst on planned work orders (WOs). * Verify at each stage that production complies with drawings, molds, specified dimensions, and all technical specifications. * Efficiently manage resources assigned by the company. * Ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned area. * Safeguard the well-being of personnel under supervision and ensure proper use of PPE. * Report incidents and/or accidents occurring in the plant. * Actively participate in SIG training programs. * Actively contribute to achieving the company’s objectives. * Promote and enforce the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and organizational safety standards. * Promote and comply with the policies, standards, and procedures of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) **BENEFITS:** * All statutory benefits * Birthday leave day (subject to terms and conditions) * Overtime pay * Commuting allowance: LIMA-CHILCA * Profit-sharing payment * Night-shift bonus * Full PPE provision HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC is an equal opportunity employer.
