Continuous training **Technical Support** **Company:** Grupo Hergonsa **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and proactive **Technical Support** professional capable of providing efficient technical assistance to various users across the organization. The selected candidate must ensure the proper operation of computers, networks, and software used by staff, as well as manage corporate software licenses and access rights. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Configure and manage networks, printers, and operating systems. * Administer Autodesk accounts, assign members, and install original purchased products. * Install, update, and maintain authorized software and hardware. * Document incidents and applied solutions. **Requirements:** * Technician or graduate in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of software installation, networking, and license management. * Problem-solving skills and user-oriented service attitude. **We Offer:** * Join a stable and growing company. * Positive work environment and development opportunities. * Continuous training. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on-site; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
