Job Summary: We are looking for a positive, eager-to-learn individual to join our sales team, responsible for contacting, presenting to, and following up with businesses to publish deals on Cuponatic Peru. Prior B2B sales experience is not required—we will train you thoroughly. All we need is energy, commitment, and the drive to achieve goals. **What will you do daily?** * Contact businesses by phone, WhatsApp, in-person visits, or social media to offer publishing opportunities on Cuponatic. * Present our benefits and explain how the platform works (100% training provided). * Schedule virtual or in-person meetings with interested clients. * Conduct basic follow-up with businesses until agreement closure. * Maintain contact records using our internal templates. * Coordinate with the team to submit necessary information for deal publication. * Meet monthly targets. **What are we looking for?** * Genuine eagerness to learn sales. * Ease in communicating with people. * Positive attitude and ability to persist without causing discomfort. * Basic organizational skills to manage business contacts. * Basic computer proficiency (messaging, email, simple Excel). * Responsibility and commitment to achieving targets. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary \+ sales commissions \+ performance bonuses \+ monthly mini-bonuses. * Comprehensive training in sales, internal tools, and e-commerce. * Career progression path based on performance. * Dynamic work environment and supportive team. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid: some days in-office, some days \+ remote work).
